Missed Call Status

The Missed Call Status interface enables supervisors and agents to classify and manage the outcomes of missed calls, ensuring that every missed interaction is addressed with an appropriate follow-up action.

Default options:

  • Asked To Call Back Later
  • No Answer
  • Busy
  • Done

Add Missed Call Actions

Name: A unique label describing the missed call action.

Close Action:Marks this action as one that closes or completes the missed call process (e.g., when no further follow-up is needed).
