The Users<\/strong> section allows administrators to create and manage system users and configure their access to Call Center features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users can be configured with different roles, including Agent<\/strong>, Supervisor<\/strong>, and End User<\/strong>. Each user can be assigned specific permissions, queues, extensions, and authentication settings based on their role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The User List<\/strong> displays all users available in the system and provides options to search, filter, edit, and delete users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule inactive\/active period<\/strong>: Allows administrators to schedule a temporary inactive\/active period for the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Groups<\/strong> section is used to assign the user to configured groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrators can move groups between Available Items<\/strong> and Selected Items<\/strong> to define the groups assigned to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrators can move permissions between Available Items<\/strong> and Selected Items<\/strong> to define the actions available to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Agent<\/strong> section is used to configure the user as a Call Center agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
