It\u2019s the best way to make sure someone from the team picks up quickly. This ensures that calls are distributed efficiently across a set of extensions to improve response times and call handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><br>An incoming call to the \u201cSales\u201d ring group rings all sales agents&#8217; phones. Available strategies include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ring All<\/strong>: All available extensions will ring simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Least Recent<\/strong>: The call is sent to the agent who has been idle the longest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fewest Calls<\/strong>: The call is routed to the agent who has handled the fewest calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Random<\/strong>: Calls are assigned to agents randomly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Memory<\/strong>: Calls are distributed sequentially, remembering the last agent that was called.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Round Robin<\/strong>: Calls are distributed sequentially in a loop among agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agent Timeout (s)<\/strong>: Specify the number of seconds the phones will ring for each iteration in hunt-style ring strategies. This defines the duration for which each phone will ring before the system proceeds to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skip Busy Agent<\/strong>: Enable this option to skip agents who are currently on another call (as if their line were busy). This ensures that agents with multi-line phones or active calls are not presented with incoming calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extensions<\/strong>: Select the members of the ring group.
