To activate your system’s license, you need to follow a simple verification and setup process with the XonTel support team. This guide outlines the steps required after the first login, and how future license changes are managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udce5 Initial Activation Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After logging in for the first time, follow these steps to activate your license:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Obtain Your Keys<\/strong>
    Navigate to License \u2192 License Usage<\/strong> to view the following:\n
      \n
    • Client Key<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hash Key<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • License Key<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Send Keys to XonTel<\/strong>
      Provide the Client Key<\/strong> and Hash Key<\/strong> to the XonTel support team. These are required to register your server on the licensing server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Receive License Key<\/strong>
      Once verified, the XonTel team will activate your license and confirm your entitlement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter License Key<\/strong>
      Go to Settings \u2192 Edit License<\/strong> and paste the received License Key<\/strong> in the designated field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To activate additional features or make changes to your license (e.g., enabling a new app or increasing agent\/webdialer capacity):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. XonTel will update your license accordingly on the server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. No need to re-enter the license key \u2014 the system syncs with the server and applies the changes automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Once your system license is active, you can easily monitor which applications are currently licensed and active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To view active apps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Here, you\u2019ll see a list of licensed applications with the following details:\n

            To monitor your current license limits for agent and WebPhone usage:
            Navigate to License<\/strong> \u2192 License Usage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Max Concurrent Agents (Licensed)<\/strong>: Total number of agents allowed to log in concurrently under the current license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Max Concurrent WebPhone Sessions (Licensed)<\/strong>: Maximum number of simultaneous web phone sessions permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Access CDR Survey<\/strong>:Indicates whether CDR survey features are enabled (Yes or No).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Concurrent Agents<\/strong>: Agents who are currently logged in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
