Whether you&#8217;re replying to a customer, sending a campaign, or scheduling a follow-up, this form gives you full control over the email content and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To email(s)<\/strong>: The primary recipients of the email. You can enter multiple email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CC<\/strong>: Add secondary recipients to be copied on the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BCC<\/strong>: Blind copy recipients without exposing their emails to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outbox<\/strong>: Choose the sending account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priority<\/strong>: Set the importance level of the email (Low, medium, High).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Template<\/strong>: Select an email template to auto-fill the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attachments<\/strong>:Attach files if needed using the dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subject<\/strong>: The subject line of the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HTML Message<\/strong>: The body of the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reply To<\/strong>: Select an email from inbound to reply to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date and Time<\/strong>: Schedule the email to be sent later by selecting a specific date\/time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Send Now<\/strong>: Enable to send the email immediately upon submission.
