(commonly port <code>587<\/code>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Use SSL<\/strong>: Enable for SSL encryption (commonly port <code>465<\/code>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email SSL KEYFILE<\/strong>: Path to SSL private key file (only if SSL is enabled).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email SSL CERTFILE<\/strong>: Path to SSL certificate file (only if SSL is enabled).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Host<\/strong>: The SMTP server address (e.g., <code>smtp.gmail.com<\/code>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Host<\/strong>: UserEmail address or username used to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Password<\/strong>: Email account or app-specific password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Port<\/strong>: SMTP port number (e.g., <code>587<\/code> for TLS, <code>465<\/code> for SSL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Timeout<\/strong> :Optional time limit (in seconds) for sending operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Active<\/strong>: toggle must be enabled for the outbox to be used by the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teams<\/strong>: Use the Teams to specify which teams can use this outbox for sending emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color
