Storage is used for system files, call recordings, voicemail files, and other audio-related data depending on the system configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PBX supports both <strong>local storage<\/strong> and <strong>external USB storage<\/strong> for saving recordings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, the PBX saves all call recordings to the <strong>local storage<\/strong>. The local disk is always available and ensures that recording operations continue without requiring additional configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an external <strong>USB storage device<\/strong> is inserted, the system will automatically detect and mount the device. Once mounted, the PBX will redirect recording storage to the USB device. This process requires no manual intervention from the administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auto Delete Recordings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Auto Delete Recordings Confirmation<\/strong> dialog appears when an administrator enables automatic deletion of call recordings.
