Name: Select the type of action to be performed:
- Call – Triggers an outbound call attempt
- SMS – Sends a follow-up text message
- Email – Delivers a message to the customer’s email
- WhatsApp – Sends a message via WhatsApp
Automatic Action
- Enabled: The action is triggered automatically after a missed call.
- Disabled: The action is stored but requires manual activation.
Active Action: Toggle to enable or disable the action.
Message: Write the message that will be delivered when the action is triggered.
