The Add Missed Call Action form allows administrators to define automatic or manual follow-up messages triggered when a customer call goes unanswered. This helps improve responsiveness and maintain a professional communication flow.

Add Missed Call Action

Name: Select the type of action to be performed:

  • Call – Triggers an outbound call attempt
  • SMS – Sends a follow-up text message
  • Email – Delivers a message to the customer’s email
  • WhatsApp – Sends a message via WhatsApp

Automatic Action

  • Enabled: The action is triggered automatically after a missed call.
  • Disabled: The action is stored but requires manual activation.

Active Action: Toggle to enable or disable the action.

Message: Write the message that will be delivered when the action is triggered.
