The Block List module allows you to manage clients who have been restricted from communicating with your support or messaging system across various channels.

This is especially useful for handling spam, abusive behavior, or users who have opted out of contact.

you can manage blocks for multiple communication channels by switching between these tabs:

  • WhatsApp
  • Web Chat
  • Twitter
  • Messenger
  • Instagram

Each tab maintains its own block list, so blocks are channel-specific.
