The Email settings section allows administrators to configure outbound email delivery from the PBX system. This is essential for sending system notifications and resetting passwords.

Add Email

E-Mail Address: Sender address.

User Name: Enter the user name of email account.

Password: Enter the password of email account.

Server Address: Enter the server address and port.

Use TLS: Use TLS to send secure message to server .If the email sending server needs to authenticate the sender, you need to enable it.

  • Note: if you use Gmail or Exchange, you need enable this option.

Use SSL: Default is False, used for secure email transmission (older protocol but still used in some cases).

  • You can check the connection after filling in all the data and saving it.
