NAT

The NAT (Network Address Translation) section in the PBX system is used to ensure proper audio and signaling when your PBX is behind a router or firewall.

By specifying your external IP address and defining local network ranges, the system can correctly route SIP and RTP traffic between internal and external devices, avoiding one-way audio or connection issues.

Add NAT Setting

NAT Enabled: Activates NAT traversal support.

External IP: Set this to your static public IP. (If dynamic, use a DDNS service).

Local Network: Define internal network ranges.

ADD: you can add more than one local network.

  • Note: For remote extensions, enable NAT in the extension settings as well.
