Add Blacklist
The Add Blacklist section is used to create a new blacklist entry for blocking specific numbers or number patterns.

Name: Defines the name used to identify the blacklist entry.
Direction: Specifies whether the rule applies to Receive, Send, or Both.
Prefix: Defines digits that must be matched and removed as part of the rule logic.
Prepend: Defines digits to be added before applying the final matched pattern when required.
Pattern: Defines the number pattern used to match calls that should be blocked.
Description: Provides optional notes or details about the purpose of the blacklist entry.
