The CDRs section is used to view and manage Call Detail Records within the PBX system. It provides administrators with detailed information about call activity, including call type, date and time, caller details, destination, agent, duration, call status, and recording availability.

CDRs help administrators monitor call history, review call performance, track answered or missed calls, and export call data for reporting or analysis.

Export and Recording Actions

The available actions allow administrators to download or export call information.

  • Download Recording: Downloads selected call recordings when recordings are available.
  • Export: Exports CDR data for reporting, auditing, or external analysis.
