The Incoming Emails page lists all emails received by your system. It’s where support agents or admins can view, assign, and track email-based communication from customers.

Subject: The title of the email. Clicking it opens the full message.
From Email: Sender’s name and email address.
Body: A quick preview link (e.g., “Click to view”).
Read At: The date and time the email was first opened by an agent.
Received At: Timestamp when the system received the email.
Mailbox: The designated inbox.
Assigned To: The agent currently handling the email and reply to this message.
Status: Email status: IN PROGRESS

Attachment Count: Number of attachments included.
Reply To: A quick link to respond to the message thread.
