The Bulk SMS section allows you to send a single message to multiple recipients at once. It’s perfect for announcements, promotions, alerts, or team-wide updates—saving you time and effort.
Add bulk SMS
SMS Group: Select one or more contact groups to include.
Bulk SMS Name: Give your campaign a name (e.g., “February Offers”).
SMS Templates: Select a message template to auto-fill the message field. This saves time.
Send message to: You can optionally specify individual recipients in addition to selected groups.
Message: The actual SMS content.
Provider: Choose the SMS gateway you want to use (e.g., Twilio).
Numbers File Upload
You can also upload a file (usually a .csv) containing phone numbers.
- Click the Upload button.
- This is especially useful for one-time campaigns where contacts aren’t part of existing groups.
Note: Make sure the file is formatted correctly (one number per line).
