The Social Media Teams feature allows organizations to manage who handles conversations across platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. By grouping agents into teams and assigning a manager, you can streamline communication workflows and ensure the right users have access to the right conversations.

Add Social Media Team
Social Media Team Name: Choose a unique name that identifies this team.
Social Media Team Manager: Select a user to lead the team. The manager has visibility over the team’s performance and tasks.
Social Media Team Members: Select and add agents who will handle chats assigned to this team.
Social Media Team Allowed Apps: Assign which messaging platforms this team can access (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).
WP Config: Select the WhatsApp Profile configuration (WP Config).
Note: For WhatsApp, you can configure multiple accounts. Each team must be assigned to a specific account, and members can only belong to one WhatsApp team.
