The Contact Custom Fields feature allows administrators to define additional fields for contact records beyond the system’s default attributes. This enables enhanced customization for CRM , data collection.

Add Contact Custom field

Field Name: Internal system name.
Label:Display label shown to users.
Help Text: Optional guidance text shown under the input field.

Data Type: Determines input type: text, number, list, date, etc.
Max Length: Limits character count (applies to text fields).
List Values:For list fields, enter options.
Ordering:Controls the display order among all custom fields.
Required?:Toggle to make the field mandatory on the contact form.
