The Email Settings section allows you to configure the SMTP server used by the system to send emails such as password resets, alerts, ticket updates, or notifications.

Add Email Settings

Server Address: The SMTP server used for sending emails (e.g., smtp.gmail.com)

Server Port: The port used for SMTP communication (e.g., 587 for TLS).

User Name: The full email address used to authenticate with the SMTP server.

Password: The email account’s SMTP password or app-specific password (if using Gmail).

Email From: The address that appears in the “From” field of all outgoing emails.

Use TLS: Enable TLS encryption for secure email transmission
