The SMS Gateway allows administrators to integrate and manage external SMS providers that the system uses to send text messages. This includes alerts, missed call notifications, and ticket updates.

Add SMS Gateway

Name: A custom label for identifying the SMS gateway.

Provider: The SMS service provider (e.g., Twilio, SMSBox, SMSOn,Media Phone Plus )

Sender Number: The phone number that messages will appear to come from (must be registered with your provider).

Default SMS: If enabled, this gateway will be used as the system’s default SMS sender.

Schedule Options

Auto Delete: When enabled, old messages sent through this gateway will be automatically removed from the system.

Delete Interval: Time (days) after which SMS logs are deleted (if auto delete is on).
