The Web Chat Settings section is used to configure how the web chat service operates and appears to customers. It allows administrators to define the chat server connection, assign queues, configure offline behavior, set working hours, control automatic chat cleanup, and customize the visual design and customer-facing messages.
This section helps administrators manage both the operational behavior and appearance of the web chat widget from a centralized management interface.

Settings
The Settings tab defines the operational configuration used by the web chat service.
Name: Defines the name used to identify the web chat configuration.
Server Address: Defines the server address used by the web chat service.
Queues: Specifies the queues assigned to handle incoming web chat conversations.
Server Protocol: Specifies the protocol used to connect to the web chat server.
Offline Settings
The offline settings define how the system behaves when web chat conversations cannot be handled in real time.
Send Mail Notifications: Enables or disables email notifications for offline web chat messages.
Recipient List: Defines the email addresses that receive offline chat notifications.
Redirect Offline After (minutes): Defines the time the system waits before treating an unanswered chat as an offline interaction.
Schedule Options
The schedule options define automatic cleanup behavior for web chat records.
Auto Delete Chats: Enables or disables automatic deletion of stored chat records.
Delete Interval (days): Defines the number of days chat records are retained before automatic deletion.
Day and Time Details
The day and time settings define the working period during which web chat is considered available.
Start Day: Defines the first working day of the configured schedule.
End Day: Defines the last working day of the configured schedule.
Start Time: Defines the time when web chat availability begins.
End Time: Defines the time when web chat availability ends.
Design
The Design tab is used to customize the appearance and customer-facing text of the web chat widget.

Design Settings
Header Color: Defines the color used for the web chat header.
Background Color: Defines the background color of the web chat widget.
Agent Color: Defines the color used for agent messages.
Client Color: Defines the color used for client messages.
Logo: Uploads the logo displayed in the web chat widget.
Online Header (EN): Defines the English header displayed when web chat is online.
Online Header (AR): Defines the Arabic header displayed when web chat is online.
Offline Header (EN): Defines the English header displayed when web chat is offline.
Offline Header (AR): Defines the Arabic header displayed when web chat is offline.
Welcome Message (EN): Defines the English welcome message shown to customers.
Welcome Message (AR): Defines the Arabic welcome message shown to customers.
Message After Working Hours
The after-hours message settings define the text displayed when customers access web chat outside the configured working schedule.
Offline Message (EN): Defines the English message displayed outside working hours.
Offline Message (AR): Defines the Arabic message displayed outside working hours.
