The Inbound Routes section is used to manage incoming call routing rules. Inbound routes define how calls received by the PBX are matched and where they should be delivered.
Add Inbound Route
The Add Inbound Route section is used to create a new routing rule for incoming calls.

Name: Defines the name used to identify the inbound route.
DID Number: Defines the DID number or pattern used to match incoming calls.
CID Name: Defines the caller ID name condition used for matching when required.
CID Number: Defines the caller ID number condition used for matching when required.
Destination: Defines where matching calls are routed, such as an extension, queue, IVR, ring group, or another supported destination.
Alert Info: Sends additional alert information to supported endpoints for custom ringing or device behavior.
Record Calls: Enables or disables call recording for calls handled by this inbound route.
