Add Auto Dialer

Numbers File: Upload a .csv
file containing the list of phone numbers you want the dialer to call.

Start At: Select a date and time to begin the dialing campaign.
Dial Teams: Choose the team(s) who will handle the calls.
Max Number of Tries: Set how many times the system should retry a number if the call fails.

Wait Ready Agents: Number of seconds to wait when no agents are ready.
Max Waiting Time: Number of attempts to wait for agents to become ready.
