
Call Control allows you to manage and direct the flow of incoming and outgoing calls within the PBX system. Through Inbound Routes, you can define how external calls are routed to destinations like extensions, IVRs, or queues. Outbound Routes control which calls are permitted to leave the system and determine the trunks used for outgoing communication. Additionally, Time Conditions enable dynamic call routing based on specific time periods, ensuring calls are handled differently during business hours, holidays, or after-hours.
