The Auto CLIP section is used to manage automatic caller ID records generated by the PBX system. Auto CLIP helps route return calls based on previous outbound call activity, allowing callbacks to reach the correct extension or user more efficiently.
Auto CLIP List
The Auto CLIP list displays stored caller ID mapping records and their key details.
The list includes the following information:
- Timestamp: Displays when the Auto CLIP record was created.
- Extension Number: Displays the internal extension associated with the record.
- Number: Displays the external number related to the Auto CLIP entry.
- Expirations Time: Displays when the Auto CLIP record will expire.
- Trunk Number: Displays the trunk associated with the call.
This feature improves call handling and ensures consistent caller experience for return calls.
