The Voice Prompts section is used to manage audio prompt files that are used across the PBX system. These prompts can be assigned to IVR menus, Queues, routing flows, and other call handling features that require recorded audio playback.
Add Voice Prompt
The Add Voice Prompt section is used to upload new audio prompt files to the PBX system.

File Name: Defines the name used to identify the voice prompt within the system.
Upload File: Allows administrators to select and upload one or more supported voice prompt files.
